Limited Collaboration Model with Artist Kaoru Fujiki

Kaoru Fujiki – Creating Colors and Shapes from the Inner World –

Born in Osaka
Graduated from the Kyoto City University of Arts

As a freelance artist, she specializes in the restoration of cultural properties and the creation of Buddhist statues. In her late twenties, she moved to France and stayed for 15 years. She creates a variety of 3D artworks themed around blooming flowers.

In 2022, she felt an urge to “draw on a guitar.” While she found it difficult to draw on paper, the images naturally came to life on the guitar. This experience led her to realize that “when the image in one’s mind takes shape, the world comes into harmony.” Since then, she has dedicated herself to creating art with the theme of “bringing happiness to the viewer, player, and listener." Her painted guitars have been showcased at Sound Messe in Osaka, one of the largest musical instrument exhibitions in Japan.
Currently, Kaoru is based at his studio in Ryujin Village, Wakayama Prefecture.

Shapes and colors are created through hand-drawn lines to preserve the organic quality of the image.
