Head Inlay
Original inlay with characteristic Abalone shell. The delicate and beautiful design symbolizes Morris`s handmade quality.
Ebony Fingerboard
High quality ebony wood with tight grain is used to achieve high quality in both playability and sound. One point gentian inlay on the 12th fret of fingerboard stands out.
Rosette & Cutaway Design
Beautiful rosette and curved cutaway made of the same Abalone shell as the head logo. The pickguard-less design allows for an open sound without disturbing the vibrations of the top veneer.
Neck Joint
High-precision dovetail joint is handcrafted by skilled builders. This is the joint method that Morris has consistently employed and is the part that requires the highest level of technical skill, as it has the greatest impact on the sound.
Rosewood Side & Back
Deep round back design for deep sound. Selected Indian rosewood with beautiful grain and wood binding. Comes with endpin jacks.
